Both enable us to bring in fresh ideas and new voices to the Mighty Marlins Swim team to help us meet our annual goal of continuous improvement. While we can never promise perfect, we strive for incremental change EVERY year.

This new approach will welcome fresh ideas and new voices, spread responsibilities across more families, and make volunteering easier and more accessible for parents with different schedules and interests. Whether you enjoy planning events, supporting swimmers, organizing volunteers, communicating with families, or helping behind the scenes, there will be a place for you to contribute. Together, we can share the work, strengthen our community, and make the 2027 season our best one yet!
