Champs Practice
Our Champs practice schedule extends our practice schedule length to better prepare our Champs qualifiers for the championship meet on Monday and Tuesday.
Please prep your swimmer for the extra swim time by making them aware they will be in the pool a little longer, sending them with a water bottle, and giving them a good breakfast or afternoon snack.

Tee Shirt Training
Please send your swimmers to practice with a tee shirt that you won't mind being worn in the pool. The intention of "tee shirt" or "tights" training is to add a layer of resistance and will help our swimmers feel fast on Monday and Tuesday.
Note: your swimmer is NOT required to wear it the whole time and if they are experiencing any injuries, we advise them to swim in their normal suit.
